My sister loves to work with patterns and eccentric furnishings for her home. As an artist and freelance writer she is quite a unique and free spirited individual. Compared to my choices wherein I always opt for safe and solid colored items for my home, she believes that there is actually beauty in mismatched items. I call it chaotic while she simply puts it as shabby chic.

For this year’s Christmas, I did not hesitate to get her a Nuevo basket table lamp which I saw online a few weeks prior to Christmas. There is definitely not anything like it in our stores near our home, so when it comes to presents for my sister I would opt to shop online.
